Retaining the best teachers and leaders in Kent schools

Our aim is to provide access to a range of resources to support and assist Headteachers, Governors and senior leaders in managing the talent in their schools. We also hope to provide useful resources for staff who are seeking to engage with their line managers regarding career planning.
